Biography
Alexandro Guevara (Alex Saucer) Born on the coast of Uruguay, Alexandro Guevara A.k.a. Alex Saucer grew up in a family of musicians, percussionists, and guitarists. The driving rhythms and beats of tamboriles, bongos, congas, and tumbadoras shaped his spirit and musical perception. His father, a passionate music lover and guitarist, spent countless hours with him listening to genres like Rock, Folk, Blues, and Disco. Yet, Alex’s fascination gravitated toward percussion—drawn to the frenetic speed of heavy rock drumming and the groove of Disco and Folk. His passion for DJing began in 1991, fueled by the Pop of the 90s, Eurohouse, and the first electronic bands of the decade. Tribal House, Funky House, and Bangin House became the foundation of his early sets. In 2001, he met Javier D’May, resident DJ of Sunset – San Isidro. Javier’s impeccable and subtle technique left a lasting mark on Alex’s career. With dedication, Alex refined his skills in beatmatching, pitch riding, and time stretching, leading to his first private events and later large-scale performances as part of the 4Elements Group Entertainment Agency.
